Tried this restaurant based on the positive reviews and can truly say this restaurant did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, clean, waitress was fantastic and the food was truly out of this world. Will make this a regular stop when we’re in NC. Definitely a restaurant that needs to be added to “ your to do list”.

Arrived later in the evening and didn't have to wait for a table. Nice atmosphere, clean restrooms. Food was hot and delicious. Shrimp were jumbo. Wanted dessert but ate too much of the awesome cornbread. Great service, thanks.

Made our first visit here this weekend. Great food!! It was very busy and we were seated fairly quickly, but the waitresses overlooked us a few minutes. A few tables seated after us were waited on before someone circled around our way. Super nice waitress once she made it to the table. All in all it was great food and a good experience. Im sure we will be back again sometime soon!!

This place is phenomenal. We ate there 4 out of the 7 nights on vacation. The owner is amazing, the staff was fantastic and the food was out of this world. Not to mention the drinks are well worth the money. We tried something different every night and the daily specials were also outstanding. We will be coming back… too bad they can’t overnight dinners because if so I’d order dinner every night.

After an extensive search for a local eatery I came upon The Pony and The Boat. From the start I knew that this was going an exceptional experience.. The Ambiance was perfect ..Our Server Tre was extremely friendly and attended our every need. His menu recommendation was spot on and the food was beyond delicious. The entire experience was surreal and I was left feeling valued and more than just a customer. Take my advice and give this establishment a try.. You'll thank me later.

Very friendly. All food was very fresh. I got the seafood gazpacho as an appetizer and it was perfect. All of our meals were wonderful as well. I could have eaten here at least 2-3 times during the week.

Comfort foods with an upscale flair. The rib roast and fried chicken were the favorites of the table. The menu is a bit pricy but the portions are good sizes. We had a friendly waitress and overall a good experience!
